Yeshivat Rambam's New Rosh Yeshiva: R. Shmuel Silber

Wow, that is awesome. I would love for my (future) children to have R' Silber as their Rosh Yeshiva. Mazel Tov to Rambam.

ditto to the two above. Rambam is showing by all their actions over the past few years that they for the first time are understanding the real needs of this community and not the small subset the community has perceived that has hurt them financially.

We're just starting this whole school parsha so I'm not familiar with how this position would work. Is Rosh Yeshiva a part-time gig, or does this mean that R Silber would leave Suburban Orthodox?
