Bush's Legacy

I really don't know much about politics, which is why I don't write about it all that much. But I think what we saw from the election results is that Bush has done a pretty bad job at maintaining a positive image for the Republican party. In Maryland, we had a governor who was doing a good job, and we replaced him with a mediocre mayor (read SoccerDad's post for a good summary). This was more a vote against Bush and what he has come to represent than a vote about what is going on in Maryland. Unless George Walter Bush works a bit harder on cultivating a positive image, the Republican party is going to its work cut out come 2008.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled blog, with its normal complete obliviousness to what is going on the world.

Hey, did you hear that Doogie is gay?

It wasn't just Bush, it was also the scandals like Abramoff and Foley.

It's George Walker Bush.

Peninah - did that surprise you as much as Britney and K-Fed's divorce news

Posted by: erica at November 8, 2006 4:49 PM

It actually didn't surprise me at all (I think I speculated on this last year), but for some reason, Greg didn't know about it until today. He was reading something this morning and was like , "doogie's gay?!?" Hello, where have you been?

Oh, and with Brit and K=fed. It was all just a matter of time. I wish these idiots wouldn't procreate though. I feel bad for the kids.

it's not Walter or Walker

it's George War Bush

I actually had not thought about Doogie since I was like 10. I hear now that Brit and K-Fed are going to fight for sole custody of their kids - Gee, lets give babies to a low-life party guy who left his pregnant girlfriend and probably doesn't take care of his other kids and won't have any money bc he has no career. (Would you believe I have never heard any of his songs or anything - I only read people.com lol)
