Midtown Minyan Help

I'm going to be in NY later this week, and am staying in a part of town I am less familiar with minyan-wise. Does anyone know the best shul to catch a minyan (mincha/reasonable shacharis) on the east side around 42nd? Thanks in advance.

I just almost spit out the soda I was drinking. I love the name Jackie Treehorn. Just makes me laugh thinking of TBL. Also, I am freaking exhausted.
