And a Good Day to you, Sir.
Gil Student's post about where yeshiva tuition goes made me recall something that's been bothering me for a while.
Schools do not do enough to thank their full-tuition paying parents.
Last year, at my son's kindergarten graduation, the school gave a special Mazel Tov to each individual Rabbi/Rebbe who had a child in the class. How about a special Mazel Tov for the parents who paid all or part of that kid's tuition?
I just want to say, sir, that we're both enormous--on a personal level, Presence, especially the early entries, has been a source of, uh, inspir---
I agree that there should be more of an appreciation to the parents who pay full tuition. The problem is that you don't want to do it in a way that may embarass those who can't.

Ah but in order to pay full tuition with more than say 4 children in Yeshiva, that means that at least one parent is working full time and being paid very well or both parents are working full time. And we mustn't have that.
