If I see one more headline about Ms. Spears and her progeny that goes "Oops...she did it again", or "She's in trouble with...her baby one more time" or any of the eight thousand variations thereof, I will SCREAM!

I hope you don't mind. I've found that a properly placed Yeesh often adequately conveys a requisite amount of disdain and contempt.

BTW: Something can only claim to be a "government" if it has somewhat of an acknowledged monopoly on the use of force, and adequately stops others from use of force. That's why I am keeping the streamers and balloons in my closet despite the formation of the new Iraqi government.

Judging from the video clips of the Iraqi Judicial system, many Iraqis are all too aware that Saddam Hussein has never surrendered. Pharoah surrendered. Cornwallis surrendered. Jefferson Davis and Robert E. Lee surrendered. The Nazis surrendered. Neither Saddam Hussein nor an authority from his governement has surrendered.
