Zeit für Rache?

The whole freedom of religion thing we've got going here in the U.S. of A. is nice and all, but every once in a while things happen that make me wonder if perhaps we are getting just a bit too comfortable here. Today's latest harbinger of doom:

Khal Ahavas Yisroel Tzemach Tzedek has arranged a siyum bechorim at BWI and Reagan National Airports on early Erev Pesach morning Wednesday April 12.

Never forget, people. Never forget.

It's not exactly what you think it is, Greg. A friend of mine is flying to L.A. the morning of Erev Pesach and he asked his Rav, at Rabbi Feldman's shul, if he could make a siyum himself in the airport or on the plane. The rav said he could, and published the notice of the siyum in the shul bulletin. My friend was not aware that an invitation would be extended to the general public to join his siyum.
