Presence

The only word I can think of to describe R. Meir Soloveichik's recently published article in Azure entitled, "Locusts, Giraffes, and the Meaning of Kashrut" is "masterful." There are few people I would say this about, but if he is capable of producing an article such as that, the Orthodox world should take upon themselves his living expenses so that he doesn't have to work a day in his life and can simply focus on further exposition.

Anyway, I'll hopefully have more substantitive thoughts on the article later, in the mean time, just read it (thanks Gil for the link).
