Presence

In lieu of actually contributing something new, I went through my archives and found a whole bunch of unfinished posts that I never published, for some reason. Here's a list, in no particular order, for those of you who just can't get enough:

• Too Big a Lie (Dec. 24, 2004) - thoughts on historical truth and proofs for the divine origin of the Torah.
• "Yes, but I've been out to sea for a long time." (Dec 29, 2004) - after seeing The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.
• J-Tech (Jan 3, 2005) - thoughts on the religious implications of technology, capitalism and the messianic age.
• I Speak for The Trees (Jan 31, 2005) - after attending my first Tu B'Shevat seder.
• This is not 'Nam. There are rules! (March 20, 2005) - on Amalek, and why we don't like them so much. Also, with the title, I somehow found a way to connect Parshas Zachor to The Big Lebowski. I'd like to think Ethan would be proud.
• Da'as Torah (Nov 2, 2005) - after voting in 2004, and the bliss of surrendering control.
• Non-Halachic Man (Sep 27, 2004) - Me vs. The Rav. - inferior duplicate of this post.
• The Meaning of the Trial of the Sotah (Mar 29, 2004) - an old, old post about something to do with Sotah and the fact that Adam and Adamah have most of their letters in common.
• Movies, Movies, Movies (Sep. 24, 2003) - Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and the pursuit of the perfect artisitic expression.

I really need to just write it and publish it, and not edit so much.
